This unique Rhubarb has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for over 4,500 years. It has been shown that rhubarb has many beneficial properties (good for digestion, purifying effect, etc.)

Zucca is made using rhizomes of the real Chinese rhubarb, which only grows in the mountainous regions of the Kansu province.

Ingredients

30ml Zucca

30ml Gin

30ml Vermouth

1-2 dashes of orange bitters

Orange peel

Method

Add all ingredients to a glass with ice. Stir and garnish with orange peel.

Zucca Grapefruit Spritz

Ingredients

30ml Zucca

120ml Prosecco

15ml Pompelmo San Pellegrino

(grapefruit soda)

Grapefruit peel

Method

Add Zucca to a champagne glass and top with prosecco followed by Pompelmo grapefruit soda. Garnish with grapefruit peel.

Zucca Americano

Ingredients

30ml Zucca

30ml Vermouth

120ml San Pellegrino (sparkling water)

7.5ml fresh lime juice

Slice of lime

Method

Add Zucca and Vermouth to a highball glass filled with ice. Top with San Pellegrino sparkling water and fresh lime juice. Garnish with a slice of lime.
