COTSWOLDS DISTILLERY DRY GIN
NOSE:
Fresh notes of grapefruit with earthy coriander, backed up by sweet, piney juniper with a hint of perfumed lavender.
PALATE:
Clean, pine juniper spice with fresh grapefruit and coriander seed. A touch of dryness from the angelica root with eucalyptus notes from the bay leaf. Subtle lime and lavender.
FINISH:
Clean and balanced. Juniper, citrus and some cooling aromatic notes from the bay leaf and cardamom.
SERVING:
Serve in a G&T with plenty of ice, a premium tonic and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and a bay leaf. Also works well in a Martini or Negroni cocktail.

Cotswolds Distillery Dry Gin
Martini
An emblem of sophistication, the Martini is an iconic cocktail which is often said to be the ‘king of cocktails’.
Ingredients
75ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
15ml dry vermouth
Method
Add the gin and vermouth to a mixing jar and fill with ice. Give it a good stir, 14 or 15 times, before fine straining into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.
Bramble
A contemporary twist on the sweet and sour classic. We have substituted the lemon with fresh lime, as this complements the citrus botanicals in our Cotswolds Dry Gin.
Ingredients
50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
25ml lime juice
12.5ml sugar syrup
12.5ml Crème de mûre
Method
Place gin, lime and sugar into an ice-filled shaker, shake and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle Crème de mûre through the ice. Garnish with fresh blackberries and a wedge of lime.
English 75
An English twist on a French 75, combining our Cotswolds Dry Gin with English sparkling wine.
Ingredients
30ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
15ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
English sparkling wine
Method
Pour the lemon juice, sugar syrup and gin into a cocktail shaker then fill up with ice. Shake and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with English sparkling wine and gently stir. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
